How to crack IELTS?

Here are a few tips to crack IELTS.
1.LISTENING: Before the recording starts, read the questions carefully so that you can follow the recording and you find answers easily. Watch out for words like "my next point", "firstly/secondly", "to sum up", these words signify the shift in the topic and will usually lead to your next question.
2. READING: Develop your reading skills by practicing, try reading several different topics or articles. Always the text will have the answer to the question so if it's a new topic don't worry about your lack of knowledge in that particular area.
3.WRITING: Always follow a proper format, the last para should be the concluding para. Make sure to use your own words rather than copy words from the question. Also be clear and concise in what you are trying to say.
4. SPEAKING: Do not worry about right or wrong answer cause the examiner is only checking how well you can speak and express your opinions and ideas. Practice speaking in English with friends and family and also try to record your voice while speaking to assess yourself.
